Terms of Service and Privacy Policy Agreement
For Takween Digital Commerce Management System
Takween management is committed to protecting its rights and the rights of its customers through a clear legal framework that regulates the contractual relationship, service usage, data management, and mutual responsibilities. Accordingly, using any of Takween's services constitutes full acceptance of the following terms:
First: Privacy and Data Protection
- No unauthorized party has the right to request or access any information or data belonging to any Takween customer.
- Customer data is only accessed, modified, or managed at the direct request of the customer, or as part of technical support and regular system maintenance.
- The technical support team has the right to access the customer's control panel when needed for maintenance, technical support, performance improvement, and troubleshooting purposes - without prior permission in emergency technical cases.
- Takween commits not to share, sell, or use customer data for any commercial or promotional purposes outside the scope of the service.
- All data is protected according to the highest security and privacy standards.
Second: Nature of Service Provided
Takween is a digital sales and order management system that includes:
The system includes:
- Professional digital store
- Control panel (Dashboard)
- Mobile app for merchants
- Order management system
- Easy ordering experience for customers
The system does not provide:
- Any integrated electronic payment gateway
- Any integrated delivery system
- Any external payment or shipping integration
Order Mechanism: Website/App → Control Panel → Direct communication with customer (WhatsApp/Call) for confirmation and delivery.
Third: Intellectual Property and System Rights
- Takween system is a closed source system. The customer has no right to claim the source code, request a copy of the system, transfer the system to other servers, or reuse any programming part for any other project.
- All rights to programming, development, design, and structure belong exclusively to Takween.
- Removing any references, intellectual property rights, or system identification within the store, app, or control panel is prohibited.
- Any violation of intellectual property rights exposes the customer to legal accountability.
Fourth: Content and Legal Responsibility
- The customer is fully responsible for the content displayed in their digital store.
- The store owner bears full legal and ethical responsibility for products, texts, images, prices, and advertisements.
- Takween disclaims legal responsibility for any content published by customers within their stores.
- Using the system to publish pornographic content, content that offends public decency, content that violates laws, or content that infringes intellectual property rights is prohibited.
- Takween has the right to immediately suspend any store that violates these terms without prior notice.
Fifth: Prohibited Business Activities
Using Takween system for the following activities is prohibited:
- Sale of cigarettes and tobacco products
- Sale of alcoholic beverages
- Sale of narcotics
- Pornographic content
- Illegal activities
- Activities that violate public norms
Sixth: Subscriptions and Fees
- All Takween services are provided through paid subscriptions. Fees are determined according to the approved package at the time of subscription.
- No fees can be refunded after service activation.
- Takween has the right to modify prices in the future according to operating costs, infrastructure, technical development, and service expansion.
- Customers will be notified of any price changes in advance.
Seventh: Service Termination
- Customers are notified with sufficient time before subscription expiration.
- In case of non-renewal, the service will be suspended and then stopped after the specified grace period expires.
- Takween has the right to suspend any service in case of unpaid financial dues.
- After service suspension, Takween is not obligated to retain data for an indefinite period.
Eighth: Liability Limits
Takween is not responsible for:
- Customer financial losses
- Disputes with customers
- Delivery problems
- Payment problems
- System misuse
Takween provides the system as a digital organization and management tool only.
Ninth: Agreement Modifications
Takween has the right to modify the terms of this agreement at any time in accordance with:
- Technical development
- Service expansion
- Legal requirements
The updated version will be published through official platforms.
